Equations:
(sum of scores of all the students) = 80x

(sum of scores -(34+48)) = 83(x-2)
-------
S = 80x
S - 82 = 83x-166
---
80x = 83x+82-166
3x = 166-82 = 84
x = 28 (# of students in the class)
