This is a strange, confused question.
I am not sure if you are repeating a trick question you were asked,
or if you are trying to find the solution to a problem that you did not manage to describe properly.

A 5% solution contains 5 parts of the solute (the stuff that is dissolved) in a solvent (maybe water) to obtain 100 parts of solution.
Since a solution is by definition a homogeneous mixture, its composition will be the same throughout the solution.
That means that the proportions between the amounts of solute, solvent, and solution will be the same in any portion of the solution you take, be it a 6 liter portion, a 5 liter portion, or a 0.1 liter portion.
So 6 liters of your solution will also contain 5% salt.

Six liters (6 L) of a solution containing 5 grams of salt per 100 milliliters of solution (5% w/v) would contain grams of salt.
Five liters (5 L) of a solution containing 5 grams of salt per 100 milliliters of solution (5% w/v) would contain grams of salt.

NOTE:
The percentage concentration may be calculated weight-in-weight, abreviated w/w, and in that case it would mean 5 gram salt per 100 grams solution.
It could also be calculated as weight-in-volume, abreviated w/v, and in that case it would mean 5 gram salt per 100 milliliters solution.
It is usually not calculated as 5 parts of salt mixed with 100 parts of water.
If you dissolve 5 grams o salt (sodium chloride) in 100grams (which is 100 milliliters) of water, you will have 105 grams of a solution with a density of 1.03 grams per milliliter, and a total volume of 102 milliliters
The concentration would be 5g/105g = 4.8% w/w and 5g/102mL = 4.9% w/v.
For practical purposes, it may not make much difference wether your solution is 4.8% w/w, or 5.0% w/w, so mixing 5 grams salt with 100 grams (100mL) water would be close enough to be called 5% w/w or 5% w/v, or just 5%.
