and quarts=x
x*100%+10*10%=25%(x+10)

after solving

x=2 quarts

by allegation and mixture
let pure alcohol be 100%

10% 100%

25%

100-25=75 and 25-10=15

ratio=75:15=5:1

5:1::10:x

x=2
