Adding water will lower the percentage of permitherin.

Equation:
water + water = water
0.90*8 + 1.0x = 0.995(8+x)
------
Multiply thru by 1000 to get:
900*8 + 1000x = 995*8 + 995x
-------
5x = 95*8
x = 19*8
x = 152 oz (amt. of water to add)
