Spreadsheet and database programs sold in equal numbers, but 30 more word processing applications were sold than the other two combined. If the three applications generated sales of $80,850, how many spreadsheets were sold?
Software Price
Spreadsheet $130
Database $185
Word processing $250

Since the same number of Spreadsheet and Database apps sold, can represent the number of either. Then is the number of WP apps because 2x is the number of SS and DB together, plus 30.

The value of the SS apps was then , the value of the DBs, , and the value of the WPs, . Add 'em up to get 80,850
