{Edited...}... but you must take care of densities. Briefly, for V gallons, you get the kilograms using kilograms.

That assumes 70 degrees F. That goes for both concentrations with which you start. For both, very near 978 kg/m^3 at 70 F.

Unit conversions used were 4 qt. per gallon, 946 ml/quart, 1 cm = 1 ml., 1 m per 100 cm.

The ten gallons total mass: kg
37.0 kg.

The 4 gallon's total mass: kg
14.8 kg.

Now having the mass of each solution, we can calculate the amount of sugar, and then the concentration of sugar, as weight-per-weight. Note that total mass is 37.0 kg plus 14.8 kg equaling 51.8 kilograms.
