if you want to add these two together to make 5 gallons of a 17% solution, how much of each solution should you add?

Equation:
salt + salt = salt
0.20x + 0.15(5-x) = 0.17*5
----
20x + 15*5 - 15x = 17*5
5x = 2*5
x = 2 gallons (amt. of 20% solution needed)
5-x = 3 gallons (amt of 15% solution needed)
