this is a ratio problem
Foamer A is 8% and uses 10 quarts in 24 hr Now I have foamer B at 13% I need to know how many quarts it will take in 24 hr
here are the ratios
.08 / 10 = .13 / x, we cross multiply and get
,08x = 1.3
x = 1.3 / .08
x = 16.25 and foamer B will take 16.25 quarts in 24 hours
