one mixture is H% of a component and another is L% of the component. How many liters of each should be mixed together in order to get M Liters that is T% of the component?

That is the same as your problem but is in much more generalized form and is the same as many, many, many such problems.

v = liters for the H% material, UNKNOWN to find
