how much water should be added to 14 mL of 19% alcohol solution to reduce the concentration to 7%?
-----
Equation:
water + water = water
0.81*14 + 1*x = 0.93(14+x)
-------
81*14 + 100x = 93*14 + 93x
-----
7x = 12*14
x = 24ml (amt. of water to add)
