What is the "Six Step Method"?

Goal is (MainIngredient)/(TotalMixture)=0.50

You do not know how much total mixture will result but you know you start with 90 gallons and that its percentage concentration is 15%, or 0.15 as fraction. You have available a higher concentration material of 60%, or 0.60 as a fraction.

Where the only variable, v, is the gallons of the 60% antifreeze to add.
