Cottage Cheese=216/8=27 calories per ounce
Creme Cheese=106 calories per ounce
We are told that the 36 oz mixture has 2 oz of Cottage cheese to 1 oz of Creme Cheese Which means that the mixture has 24 oz of Cottage Cheese and 12 oz of Creme Cheese:
For 36 oz of the mixture:
Calories in Cottage Cheese=24(27)=648 calories
Calories in Creme Cheese=12(106)=1272 calories
TOTAL CALORIES=648+1272=1920--------------THE ANSWER
