=====STEP(1)========REWRITE THE PERCENTAGE BY MOVING THE DECIMAL POINT 2 PLACES TO THE LEFT
85%=85=====0.85
STEP(2)=======MULTIPLY THE DECIMAL BY THE NUMBER YOU NEED TO CALCULATE FOR THE PERCENTAGE OF
0.85=========40======34
85% OF 40 IS ========34
