i'm assuming that the resulting temperature would be a weighted average of the temperature of each.

this means that the average temperature would be (5*200 + 7*65) / 12 which would result in an average temperature of 121.25 degrees.

i can't think of any other reasonable way of computing it, unless there's some special formula that needs to be used.

since you didn't give any, i'm assuming this is a straight calculation based on relative weights or volumes.
