C=0.4x^2+16x+10 x > 0
C = .4x + 16 + 10/x
C' = .4 - 10/x^2
.4 - 10/x^2 = 0
x^2 = 10/.4 = 25
x = 5, units that should be produced to minimize the average cost per unit
