You should know what concentration is available, assume a 40% solution
let x = amt of 40% concentration
:
.07(2) + .40x = .32(x+2)
.14 + .40x = .32x + .64
.40x - .32x = .64 - .14
.08x = .50
x = .50/.08
x = 6.25 liters of the 40% solution
