Well, first you need to establish what exactly you need to help you find this number. Whatever it is, it should be the kg of nuts/TOTAL kg of bread AND nuts=.1 (because .1 is the decimal form of 10%)
The answer is .2kg, because 1.8+.2=2.0, and .2/2.0=.1
