How much water must be added to 3 gallons of a 4% insecticide solution to reduce the concentration to 3%

3 gals of 4% --> 0.12 gals of insecticide
If 0.12 gals is 3%, then Vol*0.03 = 0.12
The total solution is
Vol = 0.12/0.03 = 4 gallons
