A crock contains 6 liters of brine at a salt concentration of 120 grams/liter. How much pure water should be boiled off to increase the salt concentration to 200 grams per liter?
------
Equation:
salt + salt = salt
120*6 - 0*x = 200*(6-x)
---
120*6 = 200*6-200x
200x = 80*6
x = 2.4 liters (amt of water to boil off)
