active + active = active
0.60x + 0.98(190-x) = 0.74*190
-----------------------------------
Multiply thru by 100 to get:
60x + 98*190 - 98x = 74*190
------
-38x = -24*190
x = 120 ml (amt. of 60% solution needed)
----
190-x = 70 ml (amt. of 98% solution needed)
