Wouldn't this one be * 100 = 20%?

Let x = amt of water required to accomplish this
.20(35) = .05(x+35)
7 = .05x + 1.75
7 - 1.75 = .05x
5.25 =.05x

x = 105 liters of water required to obtain a 5% mixture from 35L of a 20% mixture
