Answer by mananth(16946) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
percent percentage ---------------- quantity
Water 0 ---------------- x Quarts
Sugar 20 ---------------- 60 - x Quarts
Mixture 5.00% ---------------- 60
0 x + 20 ( 60 - x ) = 5 * 60
0x+1200-20x=300
0x-20x= 300 - 1200
-20 x = -900
/ -20
x=45 Quarts Water
15Quarts 20.00% Sugar
