Let r = number of red marbles
Let s = number of shooters
Let m = number of multicoloured marbles.

We know that r+s+m=100 marbles.

We also know that 2r + 3s + 0.5m = 100 --> all prices in cents

I can see no other piece of information relating the marbles, so we have 3 unknowns but just 2 equations - you cannot solve this. You need one more equation at least.
