If we have 5 liters of 25% salt solution, then in this solution liters of salt
In new (50%) solution will be the same, 1.25 litters of salt, but it will be 50% of solution, so all solution has liters
liters of water must be evaporated from 5 liters of 25% salt solution

25% of 5 liters = 1.25 liters of salt
For that to be 50%, there has to be 1.25 liters of water --> 2.5 liters total.
5 - 2.5 = 2.5 liters to evaporate.
