get 10 liters
Let x and (10L-x) represent the amounts of the 50% and 20% solutions respectively
Mixing
.5x + .2(10L-x) = .30*10L
.3x = .28*10L
x = 9 1/3L of 50% and 2/3L of the 20% need to be mixed
