Answer by AnlytcPhil(1806)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
what is the volume of a cylinder that has a radius
of 6 cm and a height of 28 cm?

V = pr²h

Plug in 6 for r and 28 for h

V = p(6)²(28)

Do that with a calculator. It comes out 3166.725395 cm³

You should round that off however your teacher told
you to.

Here are all the possible roundings off:

3166.725395 cm³
3166.72540 cm³
3166.7254 cm³
3166.725 cm³
3166.73 cm³
3166.7 cm³
3167 cm³
3170 cm³
3200 cm³
3000 cm³

Pick the one you think your teacher would like best.
