Let y ml - 10% alcohol
Then
In x ml 2% solution is ml of alcohol, in y ml 10% solution is ml of alcohol, in 2000 ml 6% solution is ml of alcohol, so
The system of equations

x=1000 ml - 2% alcohol, y=1000 ml - 10% alcohol
