Let x represent the number of cups of the 18$ solution
Question states*** "Mixing"
.18x + .25*16 = .20(16+x)
Solving for x
18x + 25*16 = 20(16+x) |multiplying thru by 100
5*16 = 2x
40 = x

.18*40 + .25*16 = 7.2 + 4 = 11.2 = .20*56
