z = 65-63/8 = 2/8 = .25
P(z > .25) = 1-.5987 = .4013
40.13% are exceeding the speed limit
z = 72-63/8 = 9/8 = 1.125
P(z> 1.125) = 1 - .8697 = .1303
13.03% might expect to be exceeding a speed limit of 72mph & be ticketed.
