I will assume that, by twice as many, you meant "twice as heavy"
let x = # lbs of almonds
==> 2x = # lbs of cashews.
4.25(2x) + 3.80x = 24.60
12.3x = 24.6
x = 2 lbs of almonds,
2x = 4 lbs of cashew nuts.
