Equation:
water -water + water = water
0.40*25 - 0.40x + 1.00x = 0.60*25
-----
Multiply thru by 100 to get:
40*25 + 40x + 100x = 60*25
140x = 20*25
x = (1/7)25
x = 3.57 quarts of the original mix must be replaced
