I would say to myself, 20% of anything is one-fifth, so 20% of 25 oz is 5 oz. If I add 50 oz of water, I now have 75 oz of solution of which 5 oz is alcohol, so that is one part in 15, or
. That might not be how you would do it, or how your teacher wants it done though. But it is the correct answer nonetheless.
