The customer could be charged
(3 + .03 lb)( 6.50 / lb) = 19.695
or
(3 - .03 lb)(6.50 / lb) = 19.305
the true price is
(3)(6.50/lb) = 19.50
He could be overcharged or undercharged 19.5 cents
