Question 311246: hello we had a chap doing pre delivery inspections on diesel generators refering to the radiator; he was using acid containers to mix anti freeze and water i assume he did not rince the acid out before using containers now the radiators smell like strong amonia and the radiators are starting to leak ;my question is can a small part af battary acid damage the core and cause the radiator water to smell like amonia . thank you
