David bought a used car that, with interest, cost $959. He paid $215 down and agreed to pay the balance in 12 equal monthly payments. Find the amount of each payment.
This is what I did: $959-$215= $744 You need to divide $744 by 12 to get the answer of $62.00 per month.
I hope this is correct. If not, can you tell me what I did wrong? Thank you!
