Answer by checkley77(12844)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
6x+4(3-x)=15
6x+12-4x=15
2x=15-12
2x=3
x=3/2
x=1.5 kg of the $6 candy is used.
3=1.5=1.5 kg of the $4 candy is used.
Proof:
6*1.5+4*1.5=15
9+6=15
15=15
