f = 15%, t = 10%
------------
f*0.15 + t*0.10 = 5*0.14 = 0.7
15f + 10t = 70
f + t = 5 --> t = 5-f
-----------
15f + 10*(5-f) = 70
15f +50-10f = 70
5f = 20
f = 4 liters (of 15%)
t = 1 liter (of 10%)
