I have set it up all the ways I know and I still get the wrong out come. I have a test at 9:30 in the morning and have been doing word problems for 8 hours now and I'm going crossed eyed HELP!!!
my set up
3.75(x) + 5.00(35-x)=4.25 or do I enter = 4.25(35+x)
x is the lbs st 3.75
35-x is the lbs at 5.00
is that Right?

It should be:
3.75x + 5(35) = 4.25(x+35)
