This is going to be a 2 steps process:
Pure syrup=90 liter Imitated syrup=x
Cost=8 dollars cost=2.80 dollars
By using direct proportional formala a/b=c/d
a=90 c=x liter of imitated syrup
b=8 d=2.80
90/8=x/2.80
8x=90(2.80)
8x=252
x=252/8
x=31.50 liter of imitated syrup

Again use the direct proportional formula a/b=c/d
