Then you write this equation
0.1x + 0.22*20 = 0.16(x+20).
It says that the sum of saturated fats in ingredients is the same as that in the final mixture.
From the equation.
x = = 20.
ANSWER. 20 ounces of the vegetable oil containing 10% of saturated fat should be added.
CHECK. I will check for the concentration = 0.16 = 16%. ! Correct !
