            The formula      which @josgarithmetic presents as a final answer,  is  INCORRECT,

            So I came to present the correct solution.

x of 97%

25-x of 22%

0.97*x + 0.22*(25-x) = 0.92*25

0.97x + 0.22*25 - 0.22x = 92*25

(0.97-0.22)x = 0.92*25 - 0.22*25

x =  = 23.333.

ANSWER. 23.333 mL of the drink B and (25-23.333) = 1.666 mL of the drink A.

CHECK. = 0.92, which is CORRECT concentration value.
