What is the degree measure of the smaller angle between the hour and minute hand of the clock at 5:10 pm
-------------
From the vertical (12 o'clock):
The minute hand is 1/6 of a revolution = 60 degrees.
The hour hand is (5/12)*360 + 1/6*(30) degrees = 155 degrees
The difference is 95 degrees
--------------
PS The PM is not relevant.
The angle is the same AM or PM, and at 1710.
