HINT.   The diameter of the circle is  20  inches long.


NOTICE.   This phrase of the condition  "The rectangle is tangent at the point A,B, C and D."  is totally  UNNECESSARY  and  EXCESSIVE.

            I just do not mention that it incorrectly uses the term "tangent".
