.
Let x = volume of the 20% orange juice (in liters) to be mixed.

Then the volume of the 10% orange juice is (10-x) liters.

The equation is

    pure orange juice + pure orange juice = total pure orange juice

    0.2x              + 0.1*(10-x)        = 0.14*10    liters,

    0.2x + 1 - 0.1x = 1.4

    0.2x - 0.1x = 1.4 - 1

    0.1x = 0.4  ====>  x =  = 4.

Answer. 4 liters of the 20% and (10-4) = 6 liters of the 10% orange juice should ba mixed.

Check.   0.2*4 + 0.1*6 = 1.4 liters of the pure orange juice.

                0.14*10       =  1.4 liters of the pure orange juice.   ! Correct !
