Answer by addingup(3677)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(814-x)/12 = (1188-x)/19
= (814-x)19 = (1188-x)12
= 15466-19x = 14256-12x
= -7x = 1210
x = 172.86
--------------------------------------
(814-172.86)/12 = 53.43
(1188-172.86)/19 = 53.43
:
The annual fee is 172.86 pesos and the rental fee is 53.43 pesos per DVD
