60% calcium solution? In what? As melted in something? Not a salt in water; right?

if DRY MIXTURE a contains 60% calcuim and DRY MIXTURE b contains 30% calcium.how much of each should be mixed in order to create 100 cups of a that contains 36% calcuim

That now begins to make some sense. The 100 "cups" of mixture is being measured in some container and would be marked in volume measurements. Still faulty unless the concentration is as v/v.
