2 scoops of brown sugar as well as 2/5 scoop of white sugar, how much more brown sugar did gordon use?
lets convert the brown sugar to the same base fraction as white sugar, 2/5 of white sugar and 10/5 of brown sugar, subtract 2 from 10 to get 8/5
so there was 8/5 more brown sugar used than white sugar.
