Answer by Boreal(15235) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x=solution B ml
2x=solution A ml
.12(2x)+.19x=1.00(86), the 1.00 being 100% alcohol
.24x+.19x=86
.43x=86
x=86/.43=200 ml B at 19%=38 ml pure
2x=400 ml A @12%=48 ml pure
That sum is 86 ml
