Let V be the volume of the 25% antifreeze solution to be mixed.

Then

0.25V + 0.4(6-V) = 0.3*6,  or

0.25V + 2.4 - 0.4V = 1.8,  or

-0.15V = -0.6,  V =  = 4.

Answer.  4 liters of the 25% antifreeze solution.
