Call the amount of 40% solution, x.
Then the amount of 25% used is 128 - x.
The set up looks like this:
x(.40) + (128-x)(.25) = 128(.34)
.4x + 32 - .25x = 43.52
.15x = 11.52
x = 11.52/.15 = 76.8 liters of 40% solution
128-x = 51.2 L of 25% solution
